Spaghetti Bolognese

Tasty and a real classic dish. Serves 2.

Ingredients

  • 5 large diced mushrooms
  • 1 diced pepper
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 jar of bolognese sauce (39p for a jar from ASDA!)
  • 325g mince
  • 250g spaghetti

Method

Boil the water for the spaghetti and add.

Fry the peppers, mince and onion in a pan until the mince is cooked and the pepper is soft.

Add the jar of sauce to the frying ingredients (add oregano and paprika if you have some)

Mix the cooked spaghetti into the sauce.

Serve with parmesan/ cheddar.
